At Mulberry Pulse, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care using natural shells and stainless steel components. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in shape, colour, texture, and pattern are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Refund & Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- Your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
- You receive an incorrect item.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Clear photographs showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item.
All claims will be reviewed by Mulberry Pulse before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.
Handmade & Natural Materials
Our jewellery is handcrafted using real shells. As a result:
- No two pieces are identical.
- Natural variations in colour, texture, size, and shape may occur.
- Minor imperfections that occur naturally in shells are not considered defects.
These characteristics are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewellery and do not qualify for a refund or return.
Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is made with stainless steel components, which are tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic. However, to ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:
- Avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Storing jewellery in a dry place when not in use.
Damage resulting from improper care, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Where the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed fault, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by Mulberry Pulse.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
